The SDGs and the EQR
The Sustainable Development Goals (the SDGs).
From 2000 to 2015, there were the Millennium Development Goals. These were succeeded by the Sustainable Development Goals; the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2015, all 193 member countries of the United Nations (UN) adopted the goals. With these goals, they aim to achieve a sustainable world for all by 2030, where no one is excluded.
Bert-Jan van der Mieden – based on the international texts on the Sustainable Development Goals and the 169 underlying targets – summarized the SDGs so that they can be translated into projects and actions.
Human Rights and Children's Rights (The MHR).
